What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we receive:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The job address, if you provide it
- What you tell us about the work you need
- Your consent to be contacted about that request
We also receive standard analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and which links brought them here. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and prepare an estimate
- To schedule and carry out work you have hired us for
- To keep records required of a licensed contractor
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work: with suppliers or specialist trades assigned to your specific job, with the form service that delivers your enquiry to our inbox, and where the law requires it — for example a permit application or an inspection record.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they might still be useful and then removed. Records relating to completed work are retained for the period required of a licensed contractor in California, which is longer than most people expect and is not something we can shorten on request.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on a form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Consent is not a condition of hiring us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the record-keeping obligations above. Email info@limconstructionservices.com and we will respond.
