Repipe & whole-home rebuild · LA & Orange County
New pipe.
And the wallput back.
A repipe is not one trade. It is pipe, drywall, texture, paint, tile and concrete — and most quotes only cover the first one. We are a licensed general building contractor, so one crew does all of it, on one contract, with one person accountable at the end.

Read the quote carefully
Where most repipe
quotes stop
Two bids can look close on price and mean completely different things. The difference is where the scope ends, and whether finishing your house is your problem or ours.
A single-trade quote
Pipe in. Crew out.
- Open the walls and ceilings
- Remove the failing supply lines
- Run new pipe
- Pressure test and inspect
- Drywall, tape, texture
- Prime and paint to match
- Tile, trim, fixtures reset
- Concrete or hardscape put back
- Haul-off and final clean
Scope ends here.
The rest becomes three more contractors, three more schedules, and nobody who owns the finished result.

One contract. One crew. One warranty.
You get the house back, not a hole in it.
How a repipe runs
Four stages,
in this order
No “we’ll see once we’re in there.” Here is exactly what happens between your call and the day you stop noticing we were ever in the house.
Walk and scope
We map every run, count fixtures, check pressure and find what actually failed. You get a written scope covering all of it, not just the pipe.
Open
Smallest access that does the job. Floors covered, rooms sealed, dust contained. Photographed at every stage for you and, if it applies, your insurer.
Replace
New supply lines, valves and fittings to code. Pressure tested and inspected before a single wall closes. Water back on the same day wherever the schedule allows.
Close and finish
Drywall, texture, paint, tile and trim by the same crew. Concrete formed and poured back where we opened it. Then we clean up and hand it over.
What it costs
An honest number,
not a teaser
A range is not a quote, and anyone who prices your house over the phone is guessing. But you deserve to know whether you are in the right conversation before you book a walk-through.
Typical whole-home repipe,
three baths and a kitchen,
including patch, texture and paint.
- Fixture countEvery additional bath, laundry and hose bib is another run, another opening and another patch.
- AccessSlab, crawlspace and two-story routing are three different jobs. Tight access adds days before any pipe moves.
- Finish levelFlat paint on smooth drywall is not the same as matching a knockdown texture or resetting stone tile.
- ConcreteIf the run goes under the slab or the driveway, the pour back is a real line item — and it is in our number, not a surprise later.
- What we findOld houses hide things. Anything outside the written scope gets priced and approved by you before we touch it.
Backed for five years
If our workmanship fails,
we come back and fix it.
Five years of workmanship warranty on the work and on the finish that closes it. Same company, same phone number, same crew. Terms are written into your contract before you sign anything, so the promise is a document rather than a sales line.

Questions we actually get
Before you call anyone
Do you put the wall back, or do I hire someone else?
We put it back. That is the entire point of hiring a general building contractor instead of a single trade. Drywall, texture, paint, tile and concrete are all in our scope and all done by our own crew. You do not get handed a list of phone numbers when the pipe is done.
Can we stay in the house during the repipe?
Usually yes. We stage the work so water is restored at the end of each working day wherever the schedule allows, and we seal and cover the rooms we are working in. If the layout means a night without water, you will know that at the walk-through, not the morning of.
How long does a whole-home repipe take?
The pipe itself is the fast part. Closing the house back up is what sets the calendar — drywall and paint need drying time between coats, and matching an existing texture takes patience. Your written scope gives you a stage-by-stage schedule so you can see where every day goes.
How fast can you get here for an active leak?
[[REAL NUMBER ONLY. If it is two hours, say two hours. A promise missed on the worst day of someone’s year is worse than no promise at all.]]
Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes. CSLB license #1079728, Class B, General Building Contractor, active through August 2027. We carry a $25 through Atlantic Specialty and $2 through State Farm. Verify the licence yourself at cslb.ca.gov before you let anyone into your house — we would rather you did.
What deposit do you take?
California caps a residential down payment at $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. Payment after that follows a written progress schedule tied to completed stages, so you always know what you are paying for. If any contractor asks for a large payment up front, that is your signal to walk.
